The following 4 horses are all 4 and 5 years olds for 2006, sound and ready to start racing in the early Spring on dirt or on grass at Delaware Park. All have been tested and met stringent criteria for biometrics of successful racehorses, and are being expertly trained by Lynette Hershbell at Delaware Park.
This group offers a rare opportunity to have the regular action of a multiple horse stable, with prospects that have proven they can get to the races and be competitive. The entry level investment is modest, and all the horses are being purchased at a price that represents, at a minimum, their realistic current appraised racing value.
Shares in this partnership are priced at $10,000 each, with 15 shares equaling the $150,000 capitalization, with registration as a Kentucky LLC pending.
