Houyhnhnm Stables members will hold shares in a carefully
selected team of horses as opposed to merely owning some
portion of a single horse. Houyhnhnm Stables members will
consequently enjoy less risk, more action, and greater overall
performance potential.
Full Disclosure, No Surprises, No Bills
Members are granted full voting right in all major LLC
decisions and every cost associated with forming this LLC
will be disclosed up front. As opposed to many racing partnerships
that “front load” their profits, the vast majority
of organizing member EQB’s potential financial gain
can occur only after the LLC members are securely in profit
territory. And also unlike typical racing partnerships,
EQB’s Houyhnhnm Stables requires only a one-time investment.
Simply put, this means no surprise bills — in fact,
no bills whatsoever — as the single fee covers every
expense, including veterinary, entries, vanning, life insurance,
and so forth.
On the whole, Houyhnhnm Stables’ unwavering open-book
policy means nothing is ever hidden from its members. Each
membership group is a separate legal entity filed as a Kentucky
LLC, protecting members from potential liability.
